Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand our terms and conditions regarding booking cancellations for surf lessons.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation Notice: To receive a full refund, customers must cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: If a customer does not show up for their lesson and has not provided any notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Late Arrivals: If a customer arrives late for their lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided for the missed time.
2. Rescheduling by Customer
Rescheduling Notice: Customers can reschedule their lesson without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the lesson cost.
3. Cancellation by Company
Weather and Safety: In the event of unsuitable weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Instructor Availability: If a lesson is canceled due to instructor illness or unavailability, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Group and Private Lessons
Group Lessons: The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to group lessons as outlined above.
Private Lessons: Private lessons require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of the lesson fee.
6. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, please provide documentation, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or provide a refund.
Travel Delays: If you are unable to attend your lesson due to unforeseen travel delays, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
